Description
The Carrier HH18HV131 is an Automatic Limit Switch that is used in Carrier HVAC systems probably furnaces or air handlers. An electrical safety device that shuts off current flow when temperature goes up or down. This switch also has an adjustable temperature range which is usually between 130°F and 30°F. If the temperature inside the HVAC unit goes beyond the upper limit or goes below the lower limit, the switch cuts off power to avoid the risk of burning or freezing up. This safety feature protects the Carrier HVAC system and assuress safe use.
