Ceramic Hone for Polished Edges
* only use ceramic hones on serrated blades
Diamond on one side and Honing steel on the other
- 270 Grit – Extra Coarse Diamond / Honing Steel
- 325 Grit – Coarse Diamond / Honing Steel
- 600 Grit – Medium Diamond / Honing Steel
- 1000 Grit – Fine Diamond / Honing Steel
Diamond Stones on both sides in different grits
- 600 Grit – Medium / 325 Grit – Coarse
- 600 Grit – Medium / 1000 Grit – Fine
All hones are sold as a set (pair).
