Description
Super Ion Air Knife systems include the air knife, power supply (115 VAC/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz) and plumbing kit. Plumbing kits include all the necessary fittings and hose to simplify installation. Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife removes static electricity from plastics, webs, sheet stock and other product surfaces where tearing, jamming or hazardous shocks are a problem. The laminar sheet of air sweeps surfaces clean of static, particulate, dust and dirt. Production speeds, product quality, and surface cleanliness can improve dramatically.

The Intellistat Ion Air Gun and Intellistat Ion Air Nozzle are UL Listed, and are CE and RoHS compliant.
Gen4 Ionizing Bars and Gen4 Power Supplies are UL Component Recognized to U.S. and Canadian safety standards, and are CE, EMC and RoHS compliant.
