Honeywell C7041B2013 12″ Duct Temperature Sensor 20K Ohms

The Honeywell C7041B2013 Duct Temperature Sensor that measures temperature in HVAC systems and is 12″ long. This sensor uses a 20K NTC thermistor, which is a type of thermistor whose resistance diminishes with an increase in temperature. It effectively calculates the air temperature inside ductwork by detecting the changes in resistance that relate to temperature variation. This data is then transmitted to the HVAC control system which in turn changes heating or cooling output in an effort to achieve stabilized desired setpoints. Designed for use in air handling units, rooftop units and other ducted HVAC equipment this offers accurate temperature measurement for effective conditions control.
