Description
The Lennox 56M66 Auto Limit Switch is an HVAC safety device used in HVAC systems mostly in the draft inducer assembly. Its assembly assists in the elimination of combustion gases from the furnace. The switch is designed to work as the temperature sensor mounted inside the draft inducer. The limit switch turns off the furnace if the temperature rises above the safe operating range that is between 125°F and 142°F. This safety feature which is an essential component of HVAC system, is necessary for the proper functioning of the system with least risks involved.
