Slide the outer cover down and this releases the locating lug of the shackle. Feed the shackle through the lockout device and slide body back up to align the padlock holes. Finally insert up to 6, 9mm diameter shackle safety padlocks through the aligned holes. The red heavy duty flexible nylon hasp is highly visible and accepts padlocks with a shackle diameter of upto 9mm (0.35″).
